Common questions, honest answers.

AI hallucinates — how do you handle that?▾
Teaching teams when and how AI makes things up — and how to catch it — is a core part of every workshop. We don't teach blind trust; we teach structured verification. Hallucination is manageable with the right habits, and less common than most people assume when prompts are designed well.
What about data privacy / GDPR?▾
The sprint is designed to work without any production PII in prompts — that's a hard rule we enforce and teach. Anthropic's Claude API does not train on client data. If any employee data is involved in delivery, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) under GDPR Article 28 is recommended and agreed separately before kick-off.
We already have Microsoft Copilot — why do we need this?▾
Copilot is a tool; knowing how to use it well for supply chain tasks is a skill. Most Copilot deployments have low adoption because teams were never trained on their specific use cases. This sprint fixes that — and the AI Playbook we build is tool-agnostic, so it works with Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.
Does this need to connect to SAP?▾
No — by design. The sprint is deliberately integration-free. We work with exported data, anonymised documents, and scenario examples. No live SAP, ERP, or system connection is required or included. If you want SAP IBP or BW integration later, that's a separate engagement we can scope together.
What does EU AI Act Article 4 require exactly?▾
Article 4 requires all employers to ensure their staff have "sufficient AI literacy" to understand and work with AI systems. In force since August 2025. The Sprint includes a documentation pack suitable as audit evidence of AI literacy activities — though we recommend legal counsel for specific compliance questions.
